unite efforts, expand resources, and move community priorities forward together.

Our Mission
The Rice County Collective brings people, organizations, and resources together to strengthen Rice County through collaboration, investment, and community-driven solutions.
Through partnerships, grant funding, and local support, the Collective works to expand opportunity, address community needs, and build a stronger future for all residents.
Our Story
The Rice County Collective is a partnership between the Rice County Community Foundation and Rice County Economic Development created to unite efforts, expand resources, and move community priorities forward together.
Rather than working in silos, the Collective connects residents, leaders, nonprofits, businesses, and volunteers around shared goals that improve quality of life across Rice County.
The Collective operates by identifying community needs, securing grant funding and local donations, and mobilizing community members through focused work groups that turn ideas into action.
At its core, the Rice County Collective exists to ensure that local voices help shape local solutions.
